Q: How long until my server is up and running?
A: Your server will be up and running in a maximum of 60 minutes; usually under 30 minutes! Once payment is made by Credit Card or PayPal (as these are all instantly recieved payments) your account will worked on immediately. In other words, unless there's a bolt from the blue, your gameserver will be up 90% of the time in less than 60min. This is where SiGmAGamEHostinG! takes great amount of pride in - our customer service and your satisfaction in our services.
Q: What do you offer with your game servers?
A: We provide a free sub-category site on http://forums.sigmagamehosting.com for your clan's needs, especially if you do not wish to spend on webhosting and a domain name for your own clansite. As for those of you who wish to have your very own webhost and domain, we provide that too at very competitive pricing, and the same story goes - if you purchase a gameserver from us this will be further discounted even (at least 50% off)! We also provide a discounted voice server with purchase of any of our gameservers - 50% off the website listed pricing!
Q: If I need help who do I contact?
A: We have staff available 24/7, your best method for support is via email at sigmagamehosting@gmail.com. Please note you MUST be the MAIN Account Holder who is the Official Contact for your GameServer with SiGmA in order to request any form of support on your account for security reasons. We also provide LIVE support on Skype (euq.prince <- add this)! Forums (http://forums.sigmagamehosting.com) are also another great way for us to help you with your issues and also some of our dedicated customers enjoy helping out others too!
Q: What are your server specifications?
A: Our servers are C2Q9450-3.5Ghz(OC'ed)x2, C2Q6600-2.4Ghz(Stock)x3, AMDQuadCore-2.4Ghz(Stock)x2 with 4GB RAM on each of these servers with loads of hard drive space. Even though we are using top-of-the-range processors already, with no competitor in the region matching up, we are still constantly striving to upgrade our servers and brainstorm innovative ways to bring gaming in Singapore and this region to a whole new level.
We do not aim just to meet the industry standards but aspire to be ahead of all of our competitors 24/7/365. Many players think we charge cheaper cos we provide poorer quality servers and service. This is absolutely NOT the case. In fact it is because we understand that many of you are students and find it hard to pay high amounts some companies charge for their servers. Try us out and you will notice the smoothness and lack of lag.
At SiGmA we care for our customer's pockets and not just squeezing every cent possible out of every client. Do NOT believe what some companies maliciously attack us with, saying our servers are of lesser quality. Try for yourself and you will realise the big misconception some people have, and at the same time you will save a substantial monthly fee on your gameserver without any compromise on quality!
Q: I want to upload some maps how much space can I use?
A: We limit maps folder space to 1GB, which is already ALOT as 1GB can hold approx 50-100 maps. Any overusage is charged in blocks of $2 per 100MB excess monthly. We take the approx average used in the whole month for calculation.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Card processing (we ABSOLUTELY do not hold your credit card details - a merchant credit card company does so) and at the same time give you the ability to mail us your payment for your server as a money order or cheque.
Q: Do you have a telephone number?
A: We do however we prefer you use our email system, or Skype before asking for the telephone number. Using the phone we are unable to track progress on fixing your issue as well as we can when you email us the DETAILs of your issue. Also we offer ONE free consultation phone call at the same number for potential customers who wish to clarify certain issues.
Q: A friend of mine wants to help out running the server how can I give him access without giving him access to the whole account?
A: We offer a system that allows you to create sub-user accounts, you can set how much access you would like them to have, you can give them FTP access or allow them to restart your server via the web control panel. Please note sub users do not have access to your billing information, account settings or any other panel features. They CANNOT submit email support tickets as ONLY the main account holder can do so.

Q: I heard about affiliates? What is this about?
A: We offer one of the best affiliate programs in the Game/Web/VoiceServer Hosting Market. If people sign up using your customer name and stay a customer longer than 1 month then you have the choice of either $10 dollars CASH deducted from your gameserver mthly price.
