SigmAGamEHostinG! Service Level Agreements
SigmAGamEHostinG value our Customers and continually strive to provide them with a positive hosting
experience. To offer you the best service possible, we deliver following
levels of service to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
As some hosting companies SLAs cover only Network Uptime, meaning that there is no commitment even if the Network is up yet your server is down
everyday of the month. This is unrealistic and we are pretty sure unsatisfactory for our valued clients, hence our SLA provides commitments not only in Network Uptime but also Server Uptime:
SigmAGamEHostinG! guarantees that our servers will be available 99.9% of
the time in a given month (no more than 43.2 minutes downtime per month),
excluding scheduled maintenance. After 24 minutes, SigmAGamEHostinG! will
refund the customer 5% of the monthly fee for each 30 minutes of downtime
(up to 100% of customer's monthly fee), not in exact monetary terms, but in terms of "refunding time". That means for every 30 minutes of downtime for example, we will reimburse you with "Digital Dollars" equivalent to 5% of the monthly fee for your gameserver. Server downtime exists when a
particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data via HTTP service,
FTP service. Server downtime is
measured from the time the complaint is lodged by a customer to the
time the server is once again able to transmit and receive data. Scheduled
maintenance includes but not limited to a 2 hours maintenance window weekly
in order for SigmAGamEHostinG! to maintain the security, satiability and
reliability of every part of servers and individual gameservers. Please note that this "Digital Money" can only be used for discounts on the next month's server payment or other hosting payments or services that are provided as a service by SigmAGamEHostinG! In no circumstance can this "Digital Money" be refunded for cash.
